Rubrik is seeking a Regional Director for Federal DoD to drive bookings growth and manage a team of Field Account Executives. This role requires strategic planning and collaboration with various sales teams to exceed objectives.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the Federal sector, with a focus on the Department of Defense. Your experience includes managing teams effectively and driving significant revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners. You are adept at developing comprehensive sales strategies that align with organizational goals and market opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives. As the Regional Director, you will take ownership of all aspects of bookings growth within the DOD space. You will manage a team of 5 Field Account Executives, guiding them in discovering and developing new opportunities while executing account strategies. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and ensuring customer expansion through effective sales processes. Your role will involve strategic and tactical planning for the region, participating as a key member of the Enterprise Management team. You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Rubrik’s position and opportunities across the territory. Additionally, you will build a partner ecosystem and work closely with Focus partners to foster collaboration and opportunity. Conducting weekly progress meetings with your sales team will be essential to drive accurate forecasting practices in line with management expectations.
