Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a Director of Partner Sales for the UKI and NEUR regions to lead partner teams and drive pipeline generation. This role requires strong leadership and strategic sales skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the technology sector, with a focus on building and managing partner relationships. Your experience spans at least 7-10 years, during which you've developed a deep understanding of the sales process and partner ecosystems. You are a strategic thinker who can align partner initiatives with business goals, driving growth and revenue. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate Cloudflare's value proposition effectively to partners and stakeholders. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and inclusivity, encouraging team members to contribute their ideas and insights. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities as they arise.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity or cloud services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the UKI and NEUR markets. You have a network of contacts within the industry that can be leveraged to enhance Cloudflare's partner strategy. A background in managing cross-functional teams will help you navigate the complexities of partner sales effectively.

What you'll do

As the Director of Partner Sales, you will lead the partner sales teams across the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as the Nordics and BeNeLux regions. Your primary responsibility will be to drive pipeline generation and enable co-selling initiatives that align with Cloudflare's strategic objectives. You will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure that partner needs are met and that they have the resources necessary to succeed. You will develop and implement sales strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive revenue growth. Regularly analyzing sales performance metrics will be crucial to identify areas for improvement and to celebrate successes. You will also represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences, showcasing our partner programs and building relationships with potential partners.
