What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Marketplace Health, you will own the health of the supply-demand ecosystem across Careem's platform. This involves continuously monitoring and improving key metrics such as fulfillment rates, cancellations, idle supply, and order wait times. You will identify and execute strategies to dynamically balance supply and demand, ensuring operational efficiency and growth across various verticals including Food, Quik, and Mobility.

You will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that optimize the core marketplace engine. This includes conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to develop features that enhance the user experience. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking performance to ensure that the marketplace operates smoothly and meets customer needs.

Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership, to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. You will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap and prioritizing initiatives that drive marketplace health and customer satisfaction.
