Overview

Numerix is seeking a Senior Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across APAC by developing and managing indirect sales channels. This role requires strong relationship management and strategic planning skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in channel sales management, with at least 5 years of experience in developing and managing indirect sales channels. Your expertise lies in building strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and solution partners, ensuring their engagement and performance. You understand the financial technology landscape and can effectively communicate the value of complex products to partners. You are strategic in your approach, capable of identifying opportunities for revenue growth and executing initiatives that differentiate the product offering in the market. Your analytical skills allow you to set performance targets and conduct business reviews with partners to align on strategic goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at partner enablement, designing training programs that empower partners to succeed.

Desirable

Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with quantitative analytics and risk management solutions. You may have a background in business development or sales operations, which complements your channel management skills. A strong network within the APAC region can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Channel Sales Manager at Numerix, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth across the APAC region. Your primary focus will be on developing, managing, and expanding the organization’s indirect sales channels. You will identify and deliver channel initiatives that drive revenue growth through distributors and channel partners, ensuring that the product offering is well-differentiated and market reach is expanded. You will build and optimize relationships with distributors, resellers, and solution partners, overseeing their engagement and performance to foster loyalty. Collaborating with partners on business and sales plans will be a key part of your role, as you set quarterly and annual performance targets and lead periodic business reviews to align on strategic goals. You will also design and deliver partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs to ensure that partners are equipped to effectively sell and support Numerix solutions.
