You will contribute to the understand customer patterns, understanding and creating metrics that help understand out operations, improve providing teams with knowledge and tools to improve customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
a) Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and resources.
b) Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes
c) Should be able to come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work
d) Should be open to learn and develop skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques
e) Should understand how data/analytical frameworks and their work translate to business on ground- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience working in a similar role (at least 1year )
- Exposure to Excel and SQL
- Deadline driven, team player with strong customer focus
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, and QuickSight
- Experience in ETL jobs, etc.
- Experience in using power pivot and writing macros in excel
