Tanium is seeking a Senior Value Engineering Manager to collaborate with sales teams and drive customer value through strategic initiatives. This role requires strong business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Who you are

You have a strong background in value engineering, with experience in collaborating with sales teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Your intellectual curiosity drives you to understand customer challenges and articulate how the Tanium platform can address their needs. You possess keen business and financial acumen, enabling you to define and communicate the value proposition effectively. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects. Your ability to create and deliver impactful presentations to executives sets you apart as a leader in your field.

Desirable

An MBA or CPA/public accounting background is a plus, as it enhances your understanding of financial metrics and business strategies. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can adapt your communication style to engage with various stakeholders effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with account teams to identify value delivery strategies for key accounts. Engaging with customers, you will work to understand and quantify their unique challenges, aligning potential benefits with their strategic initiatives. You will lead business value reviews and create compelling business cases that communicate the realized value and economic benefits of new opportunities. Your role will involve working collaboratively with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring that they unlock the full potential of Tanium's software solutions.

You will also be responsible for creating boardroom-quality executive documents and presentations that effectively convey the value proposition to internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to quantify value and deliver dynamic presentations will be crucial in establishing strong partnerships with customers. You will provide guidance on best practices and innovative approaches to maximize the value of Tanium's offerings, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
