What you'll do

As a CS Specialist in Premium Support, you will function on the front line, directly interacting with customers and internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of cases, ensuring complete resolution while maintaining strong relationships with users. You will provide support to key segments of the community, including the Luxury segment, and will be expected to handle inquiries and issues with a high level of professionalism. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a positive experience with Airbnb. Your role will involve problem-solving and analytical thinking to address customer concerns effectively. You will also collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
