Job Description

Enterprise Advertising, Sales Manager (Nordics) - Relocate to Amsterdam!

We’re looking for a high-energy, commercially sharp Enterprise Advertising Sales Manager to join our fast growing team in Amsterdam.

You’ll own a high-impact territory across the Nordics, developing relationships with top advertisers and agencies and positioning Taboola as the go-to partner for performance advertising on the open web.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup and travel across your region 2–3 times per month to meet clients face-to-face. If you’re excited by building something, not just “managing a patch,” this is for you.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Fluent / business proficient in English, plus a Nordic language or Dutch.
  • Proven experience or knowledge in  advertising sales, especially performance-based and digital media agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch to close.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • ‘Hunter’ mentality.

 Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience representing a tech or media company at industry events and conferences
  • Deep understanding of the Nordics advertising landscape, agency ecosystem and strong network.
  • Existing network of advertiser and agency contacts in the Nordics or Netherlands

How you’ll make an impact:

As an Advertising Sales Manager, you’ll bring value by:

  • Driving new business by acquiring and growing relationships with enterprise advertisers and media agencies
  • Building and managing a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth
  • Developing tailored, customer-centric sales strategies for top brands and agencies
  • Presenting Taboola’s performance advertising solutions to meet client objectives and deliver ROI
  • Leading negotiations and closing high-value contracts with senior stakeholders
  • Representing Taboola at industry events, building brand visibility and thought leadership in the market
