To be successful in this role, you will need to be a proven leader, diligent task manager, communicator, and problem solver. You will work on large, complex initiatives, deal with ambiguity and advocate on behalf of the customers. Great candidates have the ability to use data, analytics, and engineering to drive changes themselves by acting on the outcomes.- 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL or ETL
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience working with Tableau
- Experience using very large datasets
- 1+ years of healthcare experience, with a strong preference for revenue cycle experience
