Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the single-threaded Senior Program Manager for Intelligent Talent Acquisition, leading initiatives that aim to reinvent the hiring process at Amazon. You will consult and advise on the development of innovative tools that utilize science to hire high-quality candidates. Your responsibilities will include driving the creation of scalable solutions across multiple programs and languages, ensuring that the tools developed meet the needs of Amazon's diverse hiring operations. You will be responsible for product implementation, change management, and developing effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders throughout the organization. You will collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, and analysts to leverage state-of-the-art research and advanced software tools.
