AlphaSights is hiring an Associate in Client Service for their Dubai office. You'll be the link between clients and expert knowledge, managing communications and project details. This entry-level role requires strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day will involve managing multiple projects from top-tier client organizations, including investors and strategists, who are looking for expert insights to inform their decision-making. A significant part of your role will involve recruiting experts by engaging in phone conversations to find the best matches for your clients' projects, often under tight deadlines. You will need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate. Taking ownership of every aspect of your projects is crucial, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration. This role is communications-intensive and requires you to be organized and proactive in managing your workload.
We provide an introduction to the business world without pigeonholing you into any specific area. You will receive a competitive annual base salary of AED 200,000, along with uncapped variable compensation linked to your individual performance. Our benefits include 25 vacation days in addition to all UAE national holidays, comprehensive private health and dental insurance, and one round-trip flight ticket home per annum. You will work in a state-of-the-art office with amenities in the heart of Dubai, and you will have the option to work from home each Friday.
