You have experience in technical support, ideally in a software or technology environment, and are comfortable working in a startup atmosphere. Your ability to communicate effectively in Japanese is crucial, as you will be assisting customers in their native language. You understand the importance of providing high-quality support and are committed to helping customers resolve their technical issues efficiently.
