TripleLift is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the growth and development of their sales teams nationally. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape and proven success in managing high-performing sales teams.
You have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience managing high-performing sales teams. Your expertise in the programmatic landscape, particularly in areas such as CTV, 1p Data, and Retail Media, sets you apart as a candidate. You thrive in complex and fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to navigate organizational challenges while driving growth. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively across various functions, including sales, product, marketing, and services, ensuring that the needs of clients are met with innovative solutions.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business objectives. Your ability to build relationships and foster a sense of belonging within your team is essential to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
