WisdomTree is seeking a Director of Sales to drive growth in the Midwest region, focusing on their suite of exchange-traded funds (ETFs). This role requires a strong background in financial services sales and exceptional relationship management skills.
You have a proven track record in financial services sales, ideally with experience in the Wirehouse and Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) segments. Your exceptional relationship management skills allow you to build and maintain strong connections with Financial Advisors, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of WisdomTree’s innovative product offerings. You possess a strategic mindset that enables you to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of your clients. Your experience in driving sales growth is complemented by your ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across WisdomTree’s suite of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and model portfolios. You will work closely with Financial Advisors in the Wirehouse and IBD segments, developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s goals. Your ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement innovative solutions will be key to your success.
You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that sales initiatives are supported by effective messaging and resources. Regularly analyzing sales performance metrics will be essential, as you will need to adjust your strategies based on data-driven insights. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform your sales approach.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Financial Advisors will be a critical aspect of your role.
