Overview

Cyberhaven is seeking a Channel Account Manager for the Middle East to drive partner acquisition and regional scale through distributors and resellers. You'll develop go-to-market strategies and manage high-performing channel partners. This role requires strong experience in channel business management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong understanding of the channel business and how to grow and manage a region. With experience in building distributor-led channel ecosystems across the Middle East, you are adept at working closely with local and regional resellers to accelerate market coverage and revenue growth. You bring a strategic mindset to partner acquisition and are skilled in defining and executing channel recruitment strategies.

Your background includes managing a portfolio of high-performing channel partners, where you have successfully achieved partnership goals, including sales objectives and marketing activities. You are recognized as a subject matter expert for all partner-related activities within your sales regions, and you excel at developing best practices to engage with channel partners effectively.

You are a trusted advisor and business partner to the sales team, capable of developing partner-specific account plans that include annual and quarterly goals, marketing support, and clear expectations. Your ability to measure and report on the success of partners is a key strength, and you are proactive in helping with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new partners.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity sector or with technology partners would be a plus, as would familiarity with various program guidelines and measures that govern channel partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will evangelize, enable, and develop go-to-market strategies with the channel community. You will manage a portfolio of high-performing channel partners to achieve partnership goals, including sales objectives and marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include serving as the subject matter expert for all partner-related activity within your sales regions, ensuring that you are a trusted advisor and business partner to the Cyberhaven sales team.

You will develop best practices to engage with channel partners, escalate issues, and set clear expectations on working with Cyberhaven. Additionally, you will create partner-specific account plans that outline annual and quarterly goals, marketing support, and requirements. You will adhere to and support various program guidelines, rules, and measures while measuring and reporting on the success of partners.

Your role will also involve assisting with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new partners, ensuring that they are well-equipped to succeed in their partnership with Cyberhaven. You will be measured on your ability to achieve defined goals related to partner recruitment and pipeline creation.
