What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the new restaurant experience efforts, guiding newly onboarded partners during their first 56 days on the Deliveroo platform. You will educate them on the company's ways of working and tools, sharing best practices to set them up for success. Your responsibilities will include managing a call list, scheduling follow-up calls as needed, and logging the outcomes of each interaction. You will also handle ad hoc tasks as directed by management, ensuring that you respond promptly and effectively to partner needs. Your goal is to increase partner engagement and satisfaction, helping them grow their businesses on the platform.
