Your background includes developing advanced marketing plans that drive customer engagement and sales. You are skilled in resolving complex escalations and ensuring that partners are equipped with world-class teams that are motivated to achieve sales goals. You understand the importance of building relationships and fostering collaboration across various functional areas.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with Microsoft products and services, is a plus. Familiarity with sales processes and marketing strategies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. In this role, you will lead the creation of a long-range strategic vision that aligns with partner impact and potential across various segments. You will conduct business-design briefings to advise partner leadership on building a high-impact Microsoft Services practice. This involves integrating skills, capability, and capacity plans for the partner business, ensuring that they are equipped to meet their sales targets effectively.
You will create and lead complex campaigns in collaboration with partners' marketing teams, ensuring that both Microsoft and the partners are aligned in their efforts to drive sales. Your role will also involve coaching partners to transform their plans and strategies, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
